1.Manage Your Hub Account #

How to Sign Up for a Hub Account

Download Hub Family Organizer App from App Store or Google Play.

Open the app on your phone and enter your email address to register for a new account.

Enter your full name and a password and agree to the terms and conditions.

Change Your Email Address

To change the email address on your Hub App account, open the app. Swipe left to right on any screen.

Click on Settings.

Click on Profile.

Click on your email address and enter the new email address.

Click update.

Reset Your Password

To change or reset your password, follow the link below.

Enter your email address. You will receive an email at the address entered with a link to reset your password. Click on the link and reset your password.

Delete Your Account

If you want to delete your account, you can do so by clicking on the link below.

Enter your email address and password and your account will be deleted.

2.Manage Your Hub #

Adding a New Member To Hub

Go to hub Settings. (Swipe from Left to Right on any screen.)

Tap on Add Another and add members via email address or phone number. Once new users install Hub app and accept your invites you can share events, tasks, and posts.

Removing a User

You can remove a user only if you are the Admin (creator) of a hub.

Go to hub Settings. (Swipe from Left to Right on any screen.)

Tab on your hub name then tap on the name of the user you want to remove.

Tap Remove.

Adding Young Kid As A Member Or A Member Without An Email

You can add your kids as members on the app or you can also add a member who doesn’t have an email address.

You can invite your kids by sending an invite to yourself with a special email address.
You can type the email address – youremail+kid1@gmail.com – ( don’t ignore the “+” sign in the email) and invite yourself. Then, you accept the invitation on behalf of your child and it will be recognized as a new user in your hub.

Viewing Events by Dates

The activity tab of the hub is meant to show all the activities in your hub which include: events, posts, list items and comments. To see the list of events by date, you can go to the Calendar tab, tap on the “eye” icon on the top left and choose “List”.

Viewing Partner’s Events On Hub

Hub will only share the events that you enter in it through the calendar or manually. If you want to share existing event with your partner or other members, tap on the event in hub and tap on the “Share with this Hub” event.

3.Manage Your Hub Subscription #

Cancel Your Hub Subscription

You can cancel your Hub subscription though the App Store, if you are an iPhone user, or through Google Play if you are an Android user. If you can’t locate our subscription account please reach out to our support team by following the Support link in your app (Settings > Support) – the app will add your device and account information to the email to help us locate your records.

If you subscribed to Hub through iTunes or App Store, please follow the instructions or the link below.

  1. Go to your phone Settings app (icon on home screen)
  2. Go to Subscriptions
  3. Find Hub in the list of Active subscriptions and tap Cancel Subscription

If you subscribed to Hub through Google Play, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Go to Play Store App
  2. Go to My Apps
  3. Under the Subscriptions tab, cancel Hub’s subscription
